This Cabernet Sauvignon has a characteristic blackcurrant and herbaceous nose. It is medium bodied with soft drying tannins. The rich blackcurrant flavours are persistent on the seamless palate with lovely french oak adding to the complexity and length. Ideal with baked vegetables, roast potatoes, lamb dishes and pizza.
