This Sparkling is a blend of traditional Chardonnay and non-traditional Vermentino. The Chardonnay gives us the peach and baked apple aromatics and flavours while the Vermentino adds grapefruit, Lychee and lime juice characters.The flavours integrate well together with the crisp acidity that brings out the fruit characters.
