A very bright Crisp, and lively wine true to its character and region. It has hints of honey suckle and white flowers on nose. The palate has very nice Nashi pears and white Nectarine that linger on the palate. Beautiful on its own or with spicy cuisine. Best served extra chilled. Raw Vine Estate Chardonnay 2021
A nice straw colour and a bouquet of white peach and nectarine. Some tasty oak hints add a subtle complexity to this wine. Stone fruit and green apple characters gives this wine a lovely palate thatApprox is best serves lightly chilled with shell fish and vegetarian dishes. Raw Vine Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Aromas of tropical fruit and grapefruit. The palate is endowed with exotic flavours of melon, pineapple sage and tropical notes with a grassy undertone. Pairs well with salads and seafood dishes but perfect on its own. Raw Vine Estate Rose 2021
The crisp, dry vibrant, rose was made in the traditional Italian style. It’s a gorgeous salmon pink in the glass, with slight hints of rose water, and strawberries and cream on the nose. Raw Vine Estate Pinot Noir 2021

The cool hills of the Eden Valley has produced a Pinot Noir of intense colour and rich flavour. The aromas of strawberry and cherry are evident on the nose. A hint of cinnamon and clove spice also contribute to the aromatics of this wine. Layered flavours of Strawberry, Black Cherry and Plum have integrated well with clove spice to coat the mouth. The classic Shiraz from the famous Wrattonbully region has aromas of intense brooding fruits of plum cherry ripe and mulberry.
