Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Costs:
Delivery is $15 Australia wide per carton (12 bottles of wine).
Example: 2 cartons of wine (24 bottles) = $22.5 Shipping.
We ship via our chosen courier, unless we can personally deliver your order locally to get it to you as quick as possible.
We will include a tracking order via email so you can track your parcel at every step of the way.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately we don't deliver to PO boxes and we will need a street address to deliver your order to you.
Orders outside of Australia
At present we only ship Australia wide.
Delivery Conditions:
Liquor Licensing regulations require that a person 18 years and over must be present to receive delivery. Otherwise product will be returned unless delivery instructions specify to leave consignment if no one is present at delivery location.
Delivery and Refund Policy:
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

All goods ordered on this website will be dispatched in a good and saleable condition safe for consumption in accordance with consumer regulations. Should goods arrive in a damaged condition please contact us immediately. A photo of the damage on arrival will assist in helping resolve the situation. If goods delivered are found to be damaged and are not safe for consumption then compensation will be provided in the form of full replacement of the goods or a full refund.
